Q1. How to Order ?
Ans. To place an order, please let us know your requirement by email on info@royalindianstones.com. We will confirm your order with details of your requirements, price and expected delivery date.

Q2. Minimum Order Quantity ?
Ans. Minimum order should be at least equivalent to one container 20 ft., 27 ton. We prefer part shipment for bulk orders.

Q3. How the stones are generally packed ?
Ans. The material is packed in wooden boxes/pallets generally made up of eucalyptus / mango wood each taking about 30-35 Sq. meter of material of 7-15 mm thickness. A 27 ft long container takes about 27 boxes of size 38" x 38" x 25".

Q4. What is the quantity that can be shipped in a 20 ft container ?
Ans. The quantity shipped per container depends on
(1) The allowed weight at the destination port
(2) The thickness of the stone.
Generally (with a variation of +/- 10%) the quantity of material that can be shipped in a 20 ft container would be the following (27 tons).

At specific requests we could have
a. The pallets lined inside with polythene sheets.
b. Box packing.
c. Thermacol sheets (for polished stones).
We always follow the international standards of packaging.

Q5. What are the Delivery terms ?
Ans.The raw material is available ex-stock, time required for processing and delivery to port is 3- 4 weeks after receipt of a confirmed order or L/C for standard sizes, shipping time is actual as per vessel planning. However for orders of specific sizes it is requested to confirm the delivery time, we shall endeavour to supply as per your request. Usually the items are shipped through a container liner on freight collect basis. If you enjoy a preferential rate on any liner, please let us know, we will gladly use which so ever you prefer. We suggest you take a transit insurance cover for the merchandise.

Q6. What are the Payment terms ?
Ans. By Irrevocable L/C at sight favouring first class bank. The L.C. is to be drawn in the name of Royal Indian Exports.
In the case of custom/user made products/special requirements - An advance payment of 50% of the performa invoice value is to be done through the telegraphic transfer and balance 50% payment againt scan copy of BL after shipment.

Q7. Who is your Banker ?
Ans. Axis Bank ltd, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

Q8. What Guarantees are provided ?
Ans. We wish to build long term relationship with our customers and adhere to only supplying quality products, all our shipments are guaranteed for the agreed quality and delivery time.

Q9. What about breakage, loss or damage ?
Ans. All products dispatches from our workshop are fully finished and packed for shipment. Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouses. We cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss in transit. The claims for merchandise delivered broken or damaged or undelivered must be reported directly to the carrier.

Q10. What about cancellation or returns ?
Ans. Since we do ‘made to order’, all orders are final. No variation in the order will be binding on us unless the same has been agreed to in writing. Natural Stone varies in pattern and color from quarry to quarry, pit to pit, and even block to block, this variation adds to its uniqueness and beauty.

Q11. What is the quality assurance ?
Ans. We have enough experience and understand the tastes of the different international markets very well. Our experienced staff inspects each shipment personally. We adhere to all quality parameters. Also we are open to independent third party inspections from any outside agencies.

Q12. Do you arrange for samples ?
Ans. Generally we send small samples (3"x3") to serious customers for the evaluation. Bigger samples could be sent against specific requirements and on freight collect (on pay) basis. Kindly do let us know about your company detail to for further business relationships.

Q13. Do you appoint Sales Agents / Distributorship ?
Ans. Sure, we are keen to appoint Sales Agents and Distributors throughout the world and welcome all serious inquiries.
